Method:

Attach a waxed candle wick to the bottom of a tea light candle holder with adhesive dots.
Use two flower sticks (or something similar) to keep the candle wick straight and pour the melted gel wax into the candle holder.
Suggestion: Add glass mosaic tiles one at a time when the gel has congealed a bit.
